Chelsea Physic Garden September 2024
Being a walled garden, there are a lot of plants growing outside that you wouldn't expect to find in England. There is a fine fernary and tropical greenhouses.
Well worth the visit!
Kensington Gardens May 2025
Twelve of us caught the underground to Lancaster Gate - Kensington Gardens. Had a lovely walk-through the royal park viewing the Italian Gardens/fountains, Peter Pan statue and Diana Memorial fountain in Hyde Park. Caught bus back to Charing Cross and home.
Isabella Plantation, Richmond Park April 2026
Parks and Gardens Group enjoyed a wonderfully sunny day at the Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park.
Stunning views, swathes of bluebells and eye popping colours of the azaleas/rhododendrons. Lots of walking and fresh air rounded off with a well needed cuppa! Jill Bryant
