“Laughter in the Dark” by Victor Lucas
was our first comic ghost story. Strange, but very funny happenings, are occurring at a faded and eerie manor house, complete with jangling of chains. An oddly assorted group of people are assembled on a snowy Christmas Eve to hear the reading of a will laying down certain stipulations before they can inherit their legacies.
We took 1 major & 1 minor part each and enjoyed the interaction between them and the unfolding of the plot.
